Coding Quality Control Process

	Quality control coders perform a 100% quality comparison of all coded information to the document image to confirm accuracy and completeness. Detected errors are corrected and databases updated.
	Quality Assurance Audits are performed on randomly selected documents by Project Managers.

Detailed internal specifications are developed to ensure adherence to project guidelines and instructions. Training and retraining are an inherent part of our processes.
